and perhaps like you, I was a young adult questioning society's principles, struggling to understand how things were supposed to be. I was always searching for answers and ways to break free from the monotony of an uninspiring life. This mindset led me to rebel, distancing myself further from the established norms and institutions.
Consequently, I sought answers in the extremes.
The extreme isn’t sustainable. It brings pain, and pain prompts introspection.
That's where my journey began.
I vividly recall the day my mother scraped together every penny she had to give me a one-year gym membership for my 18th birthday. That moment changed my life.
Hitting the gym every single day, putting in the work, I saw results quickly. It made me feel productive, gave me a sense of accomplishment, and filled me with pride.
After 16 years of experimenting – from fasting and veganism to drinking mass gainers – I can confidently say I've been through it all. I've delved into countless training plans and dabbled in almost every sport under the sun. Through these personal trials, I've discovered what truly works in the long run.
It's not just about building muscle mass. Real fitness extends beyond the realm of protein shakes, rice, chicken, and bench presses. It all begins in your mind and requires a delicate balance. Your body may be intricate, but the principles are surprisingly simple.
